When I learned about life coaching and started paying attention to my life, I completely changed my relationship with myself. I started getting up earlier and I created routines and I got my life organized. I started eating healthier and doing yoga. But the biggest change I made was in the way I think.
I went from thinking I wasn’t capable of handling my life and not having the desire for my responsibilities to actually enjoying it and appreciating what I had. It wasn’t that my life changed, but that I changed the way I interacted with my life that made all the difference.
When you have a better relationship with yourself, you organize your mind and your life so you have the energy to spend time improving each area of your life. I know what it’s like feeling betrayed by your brain and I know how freeing it is to be on the other side, directing your brain to create a life you truly love.
